S02E10 Rocko Gets A Lung

Rocko discovers that he has only 2% lung capacity and urgently requires a transplant to stay alive. Unfortunately, his unlikable nature drives away potential donors, and he lacks the funds for a replacement. In a bid to raise the necessary money, Bill is sent to compete on a television quiz show. However, he soon finds himself in over his head when it becomes clear that his supposed genius at home was rooted in cheating rather than genuine knowledge.
