Meanwhile, seasoned tow truck driver Clarence confronts the challenges of his empathy as he prepares to tow a vehicle. In a frantic effort, Booters Steve and Sherry scramble to assist a man in settling his outstanding tickets before the tow truck arrives to take his car away.
