When Moose Thompson accidentally drives his car into the lake, the guys decide to incorporate it into the annual Possum Lake Regatta. Bill inadvertently destroys his campsite after using river stones in his campfire. Red constructs a makeshift cabin cruiser using empty plastic bottles. Meanwhile, Harold presents a segment on effective communication with law enforcement. Among the notable members are Glen Brackston, the notoriously lazy marina owner, and Bob Stuyvesant, the golf-loving civil servant. Featured expert Hap Shaughnessy, known for his tall tales, insists that a K-Car distributor cap is a lethal weapon.
