Luke finds himself accepting an award based on a misunderstanding. Phil struggles with the difficult task of letting Mitchell go from his temporary position at the real estate agency. To top it off, the whole family comes together to take part in Alex's living art project inspired by Norman Rockwell's iconic Thanksgiving painting.
