Clark enjoys his recent promotion to Minister of Trade and is captivated by his attractive new diary secretary. However, he quickly becomes overwhelmed by a demanding travel itinerary, severe jet lag, and frustrating bureaucrats. As he pushes ahead with his important anti-fur legislation, the mounting personal and political pressures start to take their toll on him.
