Title: Blizzard of Ozz Plot: Jack and Paco dig into Kent's background, uncovering his true identity as Kent Grainger, but find no official records on him. While sifting through documents at the auto shop, Paco stumbles upon a photocopy of Kent's identification. Kent pays a visit to Betty in the hospital, leading her to the morgue to avoid being seen, where he ends their relationship, fearing for their safety. He dyes his hair to obscure his appearance, and his friend Bobby makes him new identification while he restrains her in a closet. Meanwhile, Betty poses as a makeup artist to visit Jack's wife, Allison, stealing a family photo and house keys. Mary, hoping to report Kent's location, mistakenly mixes up the house number when she contacts the police.
