Bob returns, but his recent brain surgery has led to a severe infection, rendering him critically ill when discovered. He is placed in a medically-induced coma for treatment. Meanwhile, the team heads to Mexico, where an antibiotic-resistant strain of tuberculosis is wreaking havoc among the Zapatista Revolutionaries, posing a significant threat to their survival.
