Watson unexpectedly encounters the clever con artist and former acquaintance of Sherlock Holmes, Irene Adler, when her son Angus is brought to UHOP suffering from temporary paralysis. As Watson develops a bond with Angus, he receives assistance from his friends while they explore different avenues to uncover a treatment for the boy's condition.
