In the first challenge, contestants must dive into a submerged bus to rescue up to four crash test dummies, placing them into a raft outside. The two fastest competitors, one man and one woman, who successfully retrieve the most dummies before tapping out, will move on to the next round, while the rest will be eliminated. The second challenge involves contestants using their faces to sift through a counter piled high with dirty dishes in search of Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Once they collect five roaches using only their mouths, they'll have to drink a glass of lard mixed with cow parts and another of spoiled milk. The quickest to finish will win a week-long all-inclusive trip to Brazil at the Breezes Costa Do Sauipe resort, with no eliminations occurring in this round. For the third challenge, contestants face a downpour of cow spinal fluid while searching a counter filled with cow brains.
