On top of that, he is overwhelmed by the relationship woes of his colleagues: Elliot is sabotaging her romance with Paul over a beef jerky dispute, Carla discovers her engagement ring has been ingested by a patient, and Dr. Cox is struggling to gain Jordan's attention, as she is preoccupied with their baby. J.D. wishes for a break from everyone's emotional baggage.
