With a significant number of his citizens protesting outside the hospital, the atmosphere is tense, raising concerns for his safety. However, it’s not the president who meets a grim fate; instead, two of his cabinet members unexpectedly succumb to what appears to be heart attacks, intensifying the already precarious situation.
