Seeking to improve his approach to those facing loss, he visits Dr. Pendleton, a physician specializing in end-of-life care. Quincy aims to understand how to support families who have just identified a loved one, and he immerses himself in the doctor’s practice, even stepping into Dr. Pendleton's role for a time.
