Before departing from the UK, Cesar lends his expertise to rehabilitate a Klee Kai that aggressively lunges and snaps at approaching dogs, a Collie mix traumatized by a sudden loud noise that now refuses to venture outside, and a highly energetic Labrador whose exuberance makes it difficult to determine if he’s being playful or threatening.
