El Matador never takes off his signature goggles during a match, so Toni Vern swaps them for a nearly identical pair equipped with virtual reality. Suddenly, El Matador starts chatting with a magazine reporter who isn’t actually on the field—his teammates are convinced he’s losing his mind. But the “reporter” is really John J. Johnson Junior, messing with the VR goggles from the sidelines, pulling the strings on a bizarre prank.
