A talented female magician captivates an audience at City Hall, leading Mike to ask her out. Meanwhile, Stuart and Carter invest in a bar together. Stuart dreams of transforming their bar into a gay venue, but their plans hit a snag when they discover it lacks the necessary permit, leaving them broke. Ultimately, Mike musters the courage to express his feelings, resulting in a breakup with his girlfriend.
