S02E05 The Operetta
Lucy's women's club dreams of putting on an operetta, but they're out of funds. (It turns out Lucy, the treasurer, has used all the money to settle her personal expenses.) To salvage the situation, Lucy and Ethel decide to create and perform their own musical. However, when their postdated check for costumes and set pieces bounces, the rental company shows up during the performance to reclaim their items.
