SWAT is in pursuit of a Chilean arms trafficker who abducts a woman and her young daughter during a Los Angeles gathering, revealing surprising motives behind the crime. Meanwhile, Tan encounters his brother and is compelled to reveal the truth about his separation from Bonnie to his family. At the same time, Hondo learns that Hicks is considering a tempting job opportunity that might lead him to leave the SWAT team.
