S01E01 Pilot

In this quirky journey with Michael, Michael, and David, their German landlord unexpectedly evicts them from their apartment. Hope sparks when they discover a charming co-op and impress the board with an unexpectedly polished "Flashdance" inspired performance. However, things take a turn when financial issues arise regarding the co-op payment. In a twist of fate, the trio ends up performing emergency surgery—quite literally open heart, and more—on their former landlord, who remains stubbornly German throughout the ordeal.
