Two elderly women find themselves in trouble after getting caught trespassing while attempting to rescue stray cats. Meanwhile, a man is detained for a bizarre incident in which he doused himself with milk while running naked through a grocery store. Additionally, police are on the lookout for a man who attempted to swipe a wheelchair, unaware that its occupant was still seated inside.
