As Steve approaches his thirtieth birthday, he finds himself disillusioned by his stagnant career. When Sebastian discovers a job listing for two flight attendants to transition to long-haul flights, they decide to apply. However, they need a reference from Shona, who is dealing with her own difficulties after a run-in with her convict father during a flight. Can Steve and Sebastian manage to impress the “inspector incognito” on board, or will Sebastian's sharp comments and sour demeanor sabotage their chances?
