S10E04 Welcome Home, Monroe

Jeff and Gage welcome baby Monroe into their lives, marking their entrance into parenthood. After a three-month break, the JLD office has undergone significant shifts—Vanina is no longer there, and they've cycled through numerous nannies. The office assistant has also departed, leaving behind an extensive critique of his first three months on the job. Gage finds it difficult to balance work responsibilities while constantly tending to the baby. Meanwhile, Jeff grows increasingly annoyed with Gage's distractedness, which further strains their relationship.
