Arriving in Scotland in 1879, the Tenth Doctor and Rose encounter Queen Victoria, who is en route to the Torchwood Estate for an overnight visit. Unbeknownst to them, a band of fierce monks harbors dark intentions towards the Queen, and as the full moon rises, a mythical beast from folklore threatens to emerge.
