A race car driver finds himself thrown off track by an unexpected accomplice. Meanwhile, a vengeful woman plots to wed her deceased sister's husband. In a separate storyline, a prisoner fears for his life, convinced that an eclipse will bring his end. Additionally, a doctor stumbles upon an enigmatic ice box that stirs up deep personal memories. Lastly, a group of elderly ladies employ unconventional tactics to safeguard themselves against a burglar.
