In the loft, plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey introduces host Kevin O'Connor to several tools designed to help prevent plumbing disasters at home. Meanwhile, Roger assists homeowners in tackling some overgrown shrubs, replacing them with suitable foundation plantings. Later, Richard, Roger, general contractor Tom Silva, and Kevin gather to play a game of "What is it?" Finally, Tom demonstrates to Kevin the process of fixing a rotted windowsill using a two-part epoxy solution.
