S09E19 Narrow Garden Bed; Workshop in Memphis; Wood-Burning Insert
In the opening episode of a two-part journey through the heart of America, landscaping expert Roger Cook assists a homeowner in Wichita, Kansas, as they create a narrow garden bed alongside her driveway. Meanwhile, plumbing and heating specialist Richard Trethewey, general contractor Tom Silva, and host Kevin O'Connor lead hands-on home improvement workshops for live audiences in Memphis, Tennessee, Little Rock, Arkansas, and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Later, Richard collaborates with a local contractor to enhance an outdated fireplace’s energy efficiency by fitting it with a wood-burning insert.
