Later, during the night shift, PC Elly Martin and PC Ed Clarke pull over a vehicle with a broken parking light—only to uncover it’s driving without insurance. Meanwhile, in South Staffordshire, PC Ben Edwards races to a report of a motorist swerving dangerously in the dark with no headlights on.
