In the early morning hours in Newcastle City Centre, two reckless drivers turn the streets into their own racetrack. After a collision, PC Brian Camsell confronts one bashful boy racer, delivering a stern warning. Just then, another car speeds by, evading the heavy police presence, mounts the curb, and blows a tire yet shows no signs of stopping. As Brian dashes to pursue him, it quickly becomes evident that this reckless driver has something serious to conceal.
