S03E04 The Hero

Kieran, who grew up with his grandfather and tends to keep to himself, harbors resentment towards the Polish community, blaming them for his granddad's lost opportunity to play for Manchester City. One night, while out with his friend Duffy, a Polish girl is trapped in a blazing building, and Duffy heroically saves her. However, he convinces Kieran to claim the glory since Duffy is receiving invalidity benefits. Kieran quickly gains recognition as a local hero, but the situation soon spirals into unexpected complications.
