As a gang from El Salvador makes its way into Chicago, the Intelligence unit teams up with a visiting detective to put a stop to their violent methods. In the midst of this, Antonio develops a connection with Salvadoran Detective Marcella Gomez, while Voight receives news that the remains of his son's murderer have been discovered.
