Kowalski finds himself wrongfully accused of murdering a notorious crime lord. To keep him safe, Fraser offers him refuge at the consulate, which serves as a secure Canadian haven. Meanwhile, Ray and Turnbull are confined to the consulate, grappling with their own challenges while Fraser takes it upon himself to track down the true culprit behind the crime.
