Capt. Strand and the 126 come to the aid of a husband whose wife "passes out" when she's not inverted. Meanwhile, Grace receives a call from a pizza delivery driver who experiences an unexpected twist. Tommy is concerned that Trevor's young daughter may be trouble, as she tries to drive a wedge between them. Paul feels uncertain about going out with Asha, who is familiar with him from before his transition.
