During a crucial global ratings period, programmer Frank Braddock attempts to pitch a package to Network 23 that focuses on the actions of a terrorist organization known as the White Brigade. Meanwhile, Edison and Murray grow wary when Breakthru TV, having acquired the package, begins airing footage of terrorist bombings immediately after they happen.
