Kevin Guinee assesses the current progress and the remaining budget, revealing that the Guinesses have about $30,000 left from their initial $110,000. Next, we check in with plumber Charlie Cashin to evaluate the new plumbing installation, followed by a look at the high-velocity forced hot air heating system set up for the upper two floors.
