S36E16 Lexington Project 2015: Part 8: Conservation Concerns
The installation of a concealed gutter takes place, along with a detailed plan for an infiltration system that channels water from the gutters into the soil. Discussions revolve around incorporating native plants to restore portions of the lawn to its natural state. The team also addresses the existing aluminum wiring while upgrading the recessed lighting and adding sconces above the mantel. Additionally, two different styles of windows are developed and tested for the project.
