Title: The Human Factor Plot: In Detroit, a dangerous bomber is wreaking havoc, prompting OCP to send in a newly formed bomb squad. However, Russel Murphy, the father of Alex Murphy and a former police officer, refuses to remain idle. He joins forces with Robocop, despite his doubts about collaborating with a machine. Together, they must thwart the deranged Felix Weber before Michigan plunges into a catastrophic Nuclear Winter. The clock is ticking as they race against time to save the city from devastation.
