The episode features several sketches, including "Achy Breaky Head," which was omitted from the DVD release, along with "Great Moments In Black History: The First Record Scratcher" and "Al Sharpton's Hunger Strike." It also revisits "Reality Check: Bald Men vs. Men with Hair" from Season 3, episode 28. Another sketch, "What If Archie Bunker was Black?" introduces Marc Wilmore as Bunker and would eventually be rebranded as "All Up in the Family" in season five. The episode wraps up with Heavy D & the Boyz delivering a performance of "Truthful."
