S01E19 It's Always Darkest Before Xuan
Xuan Chi is growing increasingly frustrated with his companion, who lacks a Powerband and seems ineffectual. Matters worsen when the previous Monkey Guardian shows up, berating him for tarnishing the Monkey legacy. Overwhelmed by his failures, Xuan decides to return to his old temple, where he discovers the Shadow Monkey Powerband. Driven by desperation, he dons the powerful artifact, hoping to reclaim his honor and prove himself once more.
