Dr. Simone and Toya are clashing, but their husbands, Cecil and Eugene, are committed to mending their friendship by intervening in the ladies' troubled dynamic. Meanwhile, still unsettled by the unexpected background check on her, Quad takes matters into her own hands by enlisting a private investigator to uncover information about Lisa Nicole and her husband, Darren. Later, Jackie surprises the group by having her trainer Al invite them to participate in her new fitness project.
