Hancock purchases a home from Sid, only to find an airstrip lurking at the end of his garden. Frustrated, he confronts Sid about the unexpected find, but with no luck in resolving the issue, Hancock decides to sell the house on his own. However, he quickly encounters a series of challenges that make the process far from easy.
