An off-island investor pleads with the Kalamas to help her with a rental nightmare, and they find themselves facing unpaid rent, an unwelcome squatter, and a property they’ve never set foot in. Following a fraught cash-for-keys negotiation, their plans are further jeopardized by HOA disputes and delays in materials, putting their potential profits at serious risk.
