In a tense hostage crisis that reflects his own unusual experiences, Sam Tyler finds himself alongside the rest of the 1-2-5 tasked with defusing a volatile standoff at a hospital. A deranged gunman is holding a doctor at gunpoint, demanding the reversal of a risky procedure performed on his brother. As the situation escalates, the entire squad becomes a target in the gunman's sights, heightening the urgency to resolve the conflict before it turns deadly.
