The Hells Angels are operating a massive meth distribution network, prompting law enforcement to intervene. Undercover informant Tony Tait goes undercover as a drug dealer to infiltrate the notorious biker gang. His mission is to gather evidence to bring down the gang's leader, Sonny Barger, as well as the meth manufacturer, Kenny Owens.
