Alex Polizzi travels to the coastal town of Torquay in Devon to help revitalize the Harmony B&B. The Dutch owners, Hans and Monika, are finding it hard to draw in guests during the typically busy summer season and are now anxious about the impending winter downturn. They wonder if their passion for music-inspired decor might be alienating possible visitors.
