Alex travels to the Kent coast to assist a struggling seaside bed and breakfast facing fierce competition and a lack of guests. Westbrook Lodge, an 11-bedroom establishment located in the burgeoning town of Margate, is managed by the husband-and-wife duo, Tracy and Colin. Having invested nearly £200,000 of their personal savings into the business—despite not owning the property—they are finding it increasingly difficult to attract enough guests to keep their dream alive.
