S04E23 Hyde's Birthday
In "Hyde's Birthday," Kitty organizes a surprise party to mark Hyde's 18th birthday, enlisting Jackie and Fez to help with the decorations, much to Donna's irritation. Meanwhile, Eric, Donna, and Kelso hatch a plan to steal a street sign as a gift for Hyde. However, Hyde is reluctant to celebrate, fearing that turning 18 means he will have to leave the Formans' home. The episode explores the tension between the excitement of the party and Hyde's anxiety about adulthood and independence.
