Cesar's initial consultation is with Jason, who is finding it difficult to bond with his twin brother, Danny, due to their German Shepherd, Rusty, causing tension. Next, he assists Ivan, who resides with his girlfriend Amber, her sister Ashley, and a trio of Chihuahuas that are wreaking havoc and increasing Ivan's stress levels.
