Lisa uses her magic to give Gary a pair of shoes that allow him to fly. When he’s seen soaring through the sky, two FBI agents, Scolder and Molly, show up to look into the reports of a UFO. Their investigation leads them to uncover the truth about Lisa, who turns out to be a genuine genie with extraordinary powers.
