When Mr. Wick sustains an injury at work as part of a malicious scheme to terminate an employee, Drew steps up to lead for the week. He implements a "no firing" rule that initially boosts morale, but soon employees begin to exploit Drew's kindness. As chaos ensues and the store begins to deteriorate, the impending return of Mrs. Louder adds to the mounting pressure.
