In the opening week of the culinary competition, Gregg Wallace takes the helm as six professional chefs face off for a coveted spot in this week’s quarter-final. Marcus Wareing tasks half of the contestants with creating poached guinea fowl breast accompanied by Sauce Robert, while Monica Galetti challenges the others to craft hand-cut tagliatelle served with lamb ragu. To determine who will advance and who will be sent home, each chef must also prepare a signature dish.
