The teams respond to an explosion at a construction site, where three men suffer from burns and smoke inhalation. They also deal with a car collision involving two vehicles, a young girl who has fallen off a horse, and a man complaining of a painful finger. Sisters Sam and Tammie are taken aback when a patient they believed to be deceased turns out to be alive and in good health.
